About This Bundle
The Early Career CPD Essentials Bundle is designed as a foundation track for psychologists in the early stages of their career, bringing together the core clinical skills and practical tools that every psychologist needs in their first years of practice.
This bundle combines eight training courses with eight practical digital resources, covering the breadth of clinical work you’re most likely to encounter early in your career, from CBT and risk assessment through to neurodiversity-affirming practice and insomnia treatment.
It’s positioned as an all-in-one starting point for clinicians who want structured, comprehensive CPD that builds genuine clinical confidence from the ground up.
What's Included
This bundle includes several resources:
- CBT Level 1 Training, covering the foundations of cognitive behavioural therapy in clinical practice.
- CBT Level 2 Training, extending your CBT skills into more complex presentations and applications.
- Initial Assessment Training, supporting confident and thorough clinical assessment from the first session.
- Risk Assessment and Safety Planning Training, building your skills in identifying and responding to risk in clinical settings.
- Treating the Suicidal Client: Beyond the Safety Plan Training, deepening your capacity to work therapeutically with clients experiencing suicidality.
- Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy Training, covering the foundations of affirming therapeutic practice with autistic and ADHD clients.
- Treating Insomnia Training, providing practical frameworks for assessing and treating insomnia in clinical practice.
- Practice Tools Bundle: Clinical Resources and Therapy Templates, a digital resource bundle of ready-to-use tools to support your day-to-day clinical work.
- Therapy Manuals Bundle, a digital resource bundle of structured therapy manuals to guide your therapeutic work across a range of presentations.
Together, these resources give you a comprehensive clinical foundation across assessment, risk, therapy, and neurodiversity-affirming practice, with both training and practical tools included.

Your Questions, Answered
Are these CPD trainings suitable for psychologists in Australia and internationally?
Yes. All CPD trainings are highly relevant to psychologists practising in Australia. They are also widely used by psychologists and allied health professionals practising internationally. The clinical principles, assessment frameworks, and therapeutic approaches covered are broadly applicable across different practice contexts, and Amanda Moses Psychology has supported professionals across the globe.
Are Amanda Moses Psychology’s trainings CPD-accredited?
Yes. All Amanda Moses Psychology trainings are developed as CPD (also referred to as CE in some international contexts) programs, and include certificates of completion outlining the course topic and learning hours for your records.
As with all professional development activities, how these hours are recorded and recognised depends on your professional body, regulatory requirements, and individual learning plan.
Who are these CPD trainings designed for?
These CPD trainings are designed primarily for psychologists, including provisional psychologists, early-career clinicians, and experienced practitioners. Many trainings are also relevant to allied health professionals working in mental health and related fields. Training levels are clearly indicated to help you select content appropriate to your experience and scope of practice.
How much can I save with a bundle?
Bundles are a cost-effective way to expand your skills and strengthen your clinical toolkit. Purchasing a bundle provides discounted access to multiple courses and resources, compared to buying items individually, helping you save time and money while enhancing your clinical practice.
Can I buy individual courses or resources?
Yes. Each course or resource can be purchased individually. However, bundles offer the convenience of accessing multiple evidence-based tools and professional development materials in one collection, designed to complement each other and support practical, real-life clinical application.
How long will I have access to the bundle content?
Access varies by item: select online bundles provide up to 12 months of access, while all clinical resources, toolkits, and manuals are available with lifetime access, allowing you to reference and apply these materials at any stage in your practice
Are there prerequisites for the courses or resources included in the bundles?
No formal prerequisites are required. Bundles are suitable for psychologists, psychology students, and mental health professionals at any career stage who are seeking CPD, professional development, assessment guidance, or practical clinical resources.
Can I create my own bundle or add more items later?
Bundles are fixed, but you can also create a custom bundle of resources tailored to your current needs. Pick any 3 from the clinical resources range to receive 10% off, or any 5 items to receive 15% off. This excludes larger combined libraries and pre-discounted bundles, such as the Practice Tools Library or Therapy Manual Bundle. Additional courses and resources can be purchased separately to further enhance your clinical toolkit.
Do these courses or resources count toward CPD?
Yes. All training courses in the bundles contribute to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, helping psychologists and allied mental health professionals meet ongoing learning and professional development requirements. Check each course for CPD eligibility and credit information
Are these bundles tax deductible?
In Australia, work-related expenses that support your professional practice and learning are generally tax deductible. Amanda's courses and resources may qualify as a work-related expense depending on your individual circumstances. This is not financial or tax advice, and we recommend checking with your accountant or financial adviser to confirm what applies to you
Do you offer payment plans?
Flexible payment options are available through third-party providers such as AfterPay, and PayPal (where available).
Please note that these arrangements are between you and the payment provider. Access to the course is provided immediately upon purchase.
Are these therapy tools ready to be used in sessions with clients?
Yes. Most of the clinical tools are designed to be used directly in therapy and assessment sessions.
Each therapy manual and guide include structured worksheets, reflection exercises, and homework activities that can be introduced in-session and used between appointments. Printable materials are provided so they can be used collaboratively during sessions or shared with clients for ongoing work.
Where relevant, I have also included guidance for clinicians on how to introduce each tool, explain its purpose, and integrate it meaningfully into therapeutic work. The intention is to support active, collaborative therapeutic processes.
Can I share these resources with colleagues or students?
Resources are licensed for individual professional use and are not intended for redistribution or resale. If colleagues or students are interested, please direct them to the website to access their own copies.
Are these resources suitable for early-career psychologists?
Yes. Many provisional and early-career psychologists use these tools to build confidence in documentation, formulation and intervention planning.
They provide structure without oversimplifying clinical complexity.
