About

In this three hour training I will provide you a comprehensive guide to work with Social Anxiety in a clinical setting. I bring to you my 12 years of clinical experience working with social anxiety and have translated that knowledge in a digestible workshop. My aim is to help you bridge the gap between theory and practice, and provide you with strategies and tools you can begin using immediately. The learning objectives for this workshop are: - How to assess and diagnose social anxiety - How to master differential diagnosis and build your skill in discerning between social anxiety and other anxiety disorders - What to include in your initial assessment and how to develop a case formulation that is specific to social anxiety - Learn an evidence-based treatment plan for social anxiety that includes teaching you interventions you should be using with your clients in a practical way - Understanding more advanced techniques and how to troubleshoot when your clients are not responding in treatment I also present a case vignette to make your leanings more practical and demonstrate how to build your clinical skills! This will count as 3 hours of professional development and includes downloadable slides. You will have access to the recording for one year from purchase. This workshop has been designed for psychologists but would be beneficial to any clinician delivering therapy.
